With over 12 years of fashion industry experience, Luigi Inglese boasts a striking history working on a number of leading fashion projects.

Luigi’s impressive profile of advertising, campaign and editorial work reflects his ability and creativity in his industry. Having come from a session stylist background, Luigi has created exclusive looks for an impressive collection of 'A List' clientele, and has worked on leading London Fashion Week shows including John Rocha, Matthew Williamson, Alice Temperly, Henrietta Ludgate and Agent Provocateur.

His work includes the Primal Scream music video featuring Kate Moss, the Selfridges advertising campaigns, and a creative collaboration with photographer David Simms for V Magazine.

Most importantly, Luigi is cherished by his clientele for his attention to detail, outstanding ability, and his creative bespoke approach.

Melanie Lewin – Colourist & Co Founder

Biography

Melanie Lewin has a reputation as one of London’s top session colourists. She has exceptional technical ability, a passion for colour, and a treasured, down to earth approach.

She began her career over 20 years ago after completing extensive one to one training at Toni & Guy in London at the age of 19. During her time at Toni & Guy, Melanie gained a solid foundation in colour. It wasn’t until she met session stylist Neil Moodie however, that she began to focus her skills on the more creative side of her profession, translating catwalk colour trends into innovative editorial images.

This kick-started a series of alliances with other influential hair stylists, and after going freelance in 2002, Melanie signed with the prestigious Premier Hair and Make-up Agency.

Her extensive work includes the iconic ‘Touch of Pink’ campaign for Lacoste, as well as advertising campaigns for DeBeers, Max & Co, Dove, Pantene and John Lewis. Her editorial credits cover Vogue (Italian, British and Japanese), Elle, W Magazine, Tatler, Wonderland, 10 Magazine, Visionaire and Sunday Times Style.

Her session work has resulted in collaborations with many of the fashion industries most notable photographers including Corrine Day, Nick Knight, Lee Broomfield, Rankin, Bruce Weber and Peter Lindbergh. Her discretion and experience has also led to a loyal following of A-list clientelle.

Sven Bayerbach – Creative Director

Biography

is a highly creative, innovative and versatile hairstylist with over seventeen years of international experience in cutting edge fashion.
Beginning his career in Germany at an Intercoiffer Salon, Sven then moved to London in 1997 to become a Style Director for a top London Salon.

After establishing himself as an advanced level colour technician and stylist, Sven returned to Germany to open his own Wella ‘Centre of Excellence’ Salon, ‘Kopf-Kunst’ with friend Jutta Gsell.

Alongside this personal venture, Sven was also a member of the select ‘Wella Top Stylist Team,’ with whom he taught leading industry styling and colouring techniques both in-salon and onstage internationally. This not only kept him at the cusp of emerging trends, but also helped to further develop his own intuitive sense of style.

Having worked on a number of world renowned fashion shows including PPQ, Mulberry and Nicole Fahri, Sven is a valuable presence backstage at London Fashion Week, and has an excellent reputation for hair-ups and styling.

Sven is recognized for his personable approach and refreshing creativity, and the intimate friendships that he builds with each individual, has resulted in a dedicated client base as Creative Director at Sulis.

Julie Luong

Julie Luong is a London College of Beauty trained nail technician and beautician, with over eight years of experience working alongside top industry names.

Before joining the Sulis team, Julie managed a highly successful nail boutique in Chelsea, before going freelance to work with private and celebrity clients.

Having worked with photographers such as David Bailey, Miles Aldridge, Chris Craymer, Kai Z Feng and Rankin, Julie has built up an impressive portfolio of editorial work, and has been featured in esteemed publications such as Vogue (Turkish, Italian, Russian and Chinese), ELLE, Harpers Bazaar and Dazed, ID, GQ and Confused.

Julie’s attention to detail and eye for style has resulted in a loyal client base and excellent reputation within her field.

My-Linh Dam

My-Linh began her Beauty Therapy career at the London College of Fashion, gaining a place on the highly competitive National Diploma BTEC course in Beauty Therapy.

After qualifying, My-Linh gained experience working in both Virgin and Selfridges Spa, where she was trained in a wide range of products and treatments including Hydrotherm massage, Dermalogica, St Tropez and Elemis.

My-Linh then went on to work at a prestigious Primrose Hill Beauty Salon before embarking on a successful freelance career. Well known for her discreet, personal approach, it is a pleasure to welcome My-Linh to the Sulis family.
